I live in East Sussex with my husband and two sons who are growing up quicker than I can keep up with! As well as Chapter Thirty Six I have my own product based small business that I started during Covid in 2020. Between two small businesses and two small children free time is rare but if I do get some you'll find me with my Kindle in hand!

I have started professional photography comparatively later in life than most but I like to think this is actually something that sets me apart. My experience working in marketing and building my own small business gives me a unique perspective. I understand the challenges businesses face in showing up and getting seen online and I am passionate about working with business owners to get them noticed.  

People often ask 'Why the name Chapter Thirty Six?' and quite simply it's that when I turned thirty five I decided after years of thinking about it that I would give photography a go. I spent all of that year self teaching and practising, on my thirty sixth birthday I opened an instagram account and just started doing free sessions for anyone who would have me. Chapter Thirty Six was an exciting one for me so I loved the idea of honouring that time of deciding to just go for it!

I love all types of photography but if I had to pick a favourite it would have to be working with Mum run small businesses - I've even started my own networking group just for Mums with businesses!
